Automated, encrypted backups with recovery plans we actually test — so an outage, a mistake, or an attack costs you hours instead of your business.
We reply within 2 business hours.

- Encrypted in transit and at rest
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace data included
- Recovery testing, so restores are proven rather than assumed
- Fast file-level restores as well as full system recovery

A backup you've never restored isn't a backup
The most expensive discovery in IT is finding out during an emergency that the backup was silently failing, or that restoring it takes three days you don't have. We test restores on a schedule and confirm the data comes back intact and usable, so recovery is a known process instead of a hopeful one.
Your cloud data needs backup too
This surprises people: Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace protect their infrastructure, not your content. If someone deletes a mailbox or a shared drive, or ransomware encrypts synced files, retention windows are limited and unforgiving. Backing up cloud data separately closes a gap most businesses don't know they have.
Recovery planning, in plain terms
We agree two numbers with you up front: how much data you can afford to lose measured in time, and how quickly you need to be running again. Those answers determine how often backups run and how recovery is structured — so expectations are set before an incident, not negotiated during one.
Frequently asked questions
Doesn't Microsoft 365 already back up our data?
Not in the way most people assume. Microsoft protects its own infrastructure and offers limited retention, but recovering deleted or encrypted content after those windows close is often impossible. A separate backup of your 365 data covers that gap.
How quickly can we get our data back?
Individual files are typically restored within minutes. Full system recovery depends on the size of the data and the recovery target we agree with you in advance — that target is set during planning, not improvised during an incident.
How often do backups run?
The schedule is matched to how quickly your data changes. Most businesses land on daily backups, while systems with frequent critical changes run more often.
Are backups protected against ransomware?
Yes. Backups are encrypted and retained so that a compromised device cannot simply encrypt or delete your recovery copies along with your live data.
