Document Management& Business Apps
Stop running your business out of shared folders and spreadsheets.
We build the document libraries, intranets, and custom apps your team actually needs — usually on licenses you already own.
Why it matters
Most businesses store their real operating knowledge in a tangle of network drives, personal Dropbox accounts, and email attachments. It works until someone leaves, a file gets overwritten, or an auditor asks who accessed what.
Proper document management fixes the daily friction and the governance problem at the same time.
You’re probably already paying for this
Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Premium include SharePoint — the same platform enterprises run on. Most companies never set it up, because it ships as an empty box.
We do the part that turns it into something your team will actually use: structure, permissions, migration, and training.
What’s Included
01
Document libraries that make sense
Organized by how you work, with versioning so nothing gets overwritten and history is never lost.
02
Company intranet
One place for policies, forms, contacts, and announcements, instead of “check the email I sent in March.”
03
Migration from wherever you are now
File shares, Dropbox, Google Drive, or that one PC under a desk.
04
Permissions and access control
The right people see the right files, enforced by the system rather than by hoping.
05
Approval workflows
Documents route for sign-off automatically, with a record of who approved what and when.
06
Custom business apps
Replace spreadsheets and paper forms with simple apps for intake, tracking, inspections, or requests.
07
Teams integration
Files and apps live where your team already talks, not in a separate place they forget to open.
08
Retention and audit trails
Critical if you’re in a regulated industry — and the reason document management and compliance belong together.
09
Training your team will actually use
Short, practical, and specific to each role.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need new licenses?
Usually not. If you’re on Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Premium, SharePoint is already included in what you pay today.
How is this different from just using OneDrive?
OneDrive is personal storage. SharePoint is shared, structured, permissioned company storage — the difference between your files and the company’s files.
Can you move us off our file server?
Yes. Migrating from an on-premise file server or a mix of cloud drives is one of the most common projects we run.
What counts as a “custom app”?
Usually something small and specific: a job intake form, an equipment log, a request tracker — the things a business runs on spreadsheets today.
